Job Fair 2021 was held to:
- Informing the target audience about professions, vacancies and career prospects in the field of energy-efficient construction, as well as increasing students’ chances for employment.
- Increasing the interest of construction students in work in Ukraine in the speciality.
- Promoting partnerships between educational institutions and businesses.
The partners of the event were:
- State Employment Center
- Caparol Ukraine
- Danfoss
- Viessmann
- Herz Ukraine
The event was held online and covered more than 200,000 unique users.
The following events took place within the framework of the Job Fair:
Webinar from business partners “Successful employment: life hacks for resume writing, interviewing and reviewing opportunities from leading companies in the field of energy efficient construction”
Representatives of Danfoss, Herz, Caparol, Viessmann acquainted the participants with tips on writing a resume, the peculiarities of the interview and employment opportunities.

Webinar from the State Employment Center
On April 28, 2021, representatives of the State Employment Center told all interested partcipants about:
- popular professions in the field of energy efficient construction;
- current vacancies in the field of energy efficient construction;
- resources for job search and career guidance of the State Employment Center.

Resume competition
Everyone could get acquainted with the tips of resume writing during webinars from project partners and following posts on social networks. Following these tips, participants prepared their own resumes for the competition.
Jury members evaluated the participants’ resumes and selected three winners.
In addition, information on the project’s business partners current vacancies were posted on the pages on social networks, so anyone could send their request.

Online movie screening and quiz
On April 29, 2021, an online film screening of videos on the topic of professions for training in the field of energy-efficient construction took place.
After watching each video, participants had the opportunity to take part in a quiz – to answer questions about the content of the viewed videos. Everyone was invited to participate, regardless of age and type of employment.
15 most attentive spectators and quiz participants received valuable prizes.

Competition of presentation videos from VET institutions
According to the rules of the competition, VET institutions prepared videos in which they told about:
- Training specialties in the field of energy efficient construction in the educational institution are already available.
- Material and technical base, workshops, available training equipment.
- Business partners who support the institution in the development of energy efficient specialties.
- Plans and next steps for the further development of the educational institution.
