The event was aimed at promoting the institutional capacity of cities to develop sustainable energy infrastructure based on energy efficiency and “clean energy” projects, with the aim of improving the living conditions and promoting the sustainable economic development of the cities that received the largest number of IDPs.
The training was attended by about 30 representatives of municipalities, oblast and rayon administrations of Kharkiv region, which aim to significantly reduce energy consumption, first of all, in the budgetary area through the utilization of the potential of energy efficiency and renewable energy projects.
During the four days of the training, the students studied the technical, regulatory, financial, economic and organizational-legal aspects of implementing energy-efficient projects, worked out practical skills on all issues of implementing the municipal energy management system, attracting financing of energy efficient projects with the help of energy efficiency projects. technical assistance …
