The program was developed and implemented jointly with the All-Ukrainian NGO “Club of Mayors” with the support of the State Energy Efficiency Agency.
The aim of the program is to increase the institutional capacity of cities in the field of sustainable energy infrastructure development on the basis of energy efficiency and “clean energy” projects, to assist cities in the development of municipal energy management systems. Implementation of the program at the local and regional levels will allow to achieve the most efficient use of energy, reduce energy consumption, will help to create new jobs, economic growth, improve the environmental situation and sustainable development.
